Important Info On Your Flowers

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the flowers arrive in the best possible condition. Packing instructions will be provided & should be followed exactly for the best results.  I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your flowers whilst they are in transit via any third party.   Please also note:   I do my best to use as many of your flowers as possible, however please note that I might not use all of the flowers provided.  I will use the best-preserved options only.  I am unable to return any left over flowers to you.  If you have larger flowers and chosen a small mould,  I may need to deconstruct your flowers to fit inside the mould.  Usually, I will discuss this with you when I receive your flowers to see if you would like an alternative option.   When you place your order, you are agreeing to the understanding that some flowers change colour, can be dull in colour and shape as they dry.  Your flowers may darken or change tone and they tend to shrink a little due to the drying process.  Light pinks & purples sometimes turn into each other shade (pink can turn lilac & vice versa).  White will often turn a shade of cream or off white.  Some flowers dry a lot better than others, if your arrangement is one type of flower, or you have concerns over their suitability feel free to message me to discuss them.  There is a possibility that the flowers may become dull over time if left in direct sunlight or leave in a place that gets hot.

Refunds and Cancellations

If the date of your wedding has changed. I am happy to re-schedule for you at no extra booking fee.   If you event is cancelled I cannot refund your deposit.   No refunds or returns on custom orders or preservation deposits.   Flower preservation services are for UK customers only. NO refunds can be given if booked in error.   In the unlikely event that your flowers encounter postage delays, and this causes your flowers to wilt or rot beyond preservation.  I am not liable for this and you will need to contact the delivery service.

Please note orders are not started until payment in full being made. If you delay paying the balance this will delay your turnaround times!Flower preservation is a delicate, detailed, and time-consuming process that simply can’t be rushed. Please allow up to 6-8 months from the date that I receive your flowers for your final piece to be completed. (as long as balance is paid promptly) In some cases, it may be sooner — but occasionally, it may take a little longer due to weather being to hot to pour. I always aim to send your piece back as soon as I possibly can. With over six years of experience working with flowers, I’ve learned that setting exact timeframes can be challenging. Rushing the creative process to meet tight deadlines often affects the quality, which is something I won’t compromise on.If you come across other artists offering much quicker turnaround times, please approach with caution — unfortunately, that can lead to disappointment when the timelines turn out to be unrealistic. Completing a high-quality preservation within 6-8 months is the industry norm for good reason.I always strive to be transparent and honest about my turnaround times so that you know what to expect. While I only have your flowers for a short time, my goal is to create something you’ll treasure forever.Handmade Notice **READ BEFORE BOOKINGDue to the handmade nature of my items, please be aware that there may be some 'imperfections' such as micro-bubbles, dust, uneven edging, or some small cavities. I am very experienced and you will find minimal handmade imperfections but it's important to understand that the points listed below can happen.Larger/deeper shapes may have layer lines due to being poured in multiple layers, this is unavoidable and these don’t detract from the overall piece, they are just signatures of handmade items not made in factories.Cavaties will look like small holes which form during the curing process. I do everything in my power to prevent these, however sometimes it is not possible. These do not in any way affect your flowers, once your flowers have been dried they will last as detailed in my terms. Cavities usually only form on the sides or back of items and are not visible from the front. Please note that the letters F & P are not freestanding. The letter J is lowercase. The sides may not be as shiny as the fronts, this is not a defect. All shapes are to be displayed forward-facing.By ordering, you are accepting of these conditions and they are not classed as defective.
